Job Description:

As a Receptionist at Virtual Ventures Support Inc, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your primary role is to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that all guests receive excellent customer service. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, manage front desk activities, and assist with general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Handle incoming calls and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Ensure all visitors comply with security and sign-in procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with US customers and clients.
- Present a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude, even in high-pressure situations.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive experience for all visitors.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Maintain good posture and body language to convey professionalism and attentiveness.
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with handling multi-line phone systems.

Working Conditions:

- This is a full-time position.
- Typical office hours are 8:00PM - 5:00AM, Mondays - Fridays.
