Lounge Attendant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lounge Attendant to join our team at Tahj/Nsdmm Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • 4 years Bachelor's/College Degree Holder in Hospitality/Hotel Management/Tourism Management
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply
  • Previous experience as a receptionist/concierge/front desk or in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in office software and phone systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
