The position is based in 6750 Building, Makati, Philippines. Applications are accepted until November 7 at 11:59 pm. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing CoE-driven projects, including procurement and Materials Management process improvements and system enhancements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align CoE deliverables with enterprise goals. Act as a key liaison between the CoE and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy‑in. Manage or support procurement and Materials Management related projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Coordinate tasks across teams, manage project timelines, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Identify risks and provide proactive solutions to address them. Monitor and report on Enterprise Procurement and Materials Management metrics, ensuring alignment with CoE goals. Conduct in‑depth analysis of key performance indicators, identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate performance insights effectively. Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision‑making. Perform root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process optimization. Collaborate with data teams to enhance the availability and accuracy of procurement and MM related data. Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation, including SOPs and governance frameworks. Support the development of standardized workflows to promote consistency across business units. Align procurement and MM processes with enterprise‑wide best practices and strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field. Experience in procurement and Materials Management, process analysis, or a similar role (internships included). Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Preferred Experience Prior experience in internal or external consulting roles. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Understanding of procurement and Materials Management processes and procurement best practices. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and procurement tools such as SMART by GEP. Experience with process mapping tools (Visio) and shared services or CoE environments.
