Job Description Lead, arrange, teach, guide, and monitor the work performances of the Team Leader/Production Operator for each job assigned to ensure they are able to perform their duties to meet the quality standard. Support the daily needs required in production, such as storage bin, plastic bag for packaging, silicon spray, cutter, gloves, and production report. Patrol and perform line inspection daily to check every machine is in good condition, and cleanliness on the line and reject percentage if meet the required target. Assign to update the bulletin board monitoring to ensure the correct balance is tallied to the schedule given by the Planner. Any job order completed must inform to Planner for the next schedule. Responsible for updating the status of every machine breakdown, mold issue, and material to management. Able to make a decision during the Night shift if management is not able to respond to avoid idle machines, longer breakdowns, and urgency of the item. Ensure and maintain 5S housekeeping at the workplace, especially during shift turnover. Assign to arrange the mold change and material change to other departments. He/she directly coordinates with Maintenance for the next schedule arranged to run. Perform any task assigned by the superior from time to time. Job Qualifications Female/Male/LGBTQ College Level; or Vocational Graduate; or technical course; or equivalent actual work experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in the related field Minimum of 1-year experience in a supervisor or lead role Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, professionalism, time management, and leadership skills Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and problem-solving skills Computer Literate and proficient in MS Office Willing to work the Day Shift/Night Shift Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment 12 hours of work per day (3 hours OT) Required Skill(s): Supervision, Coaching, Production Planning, Operation Management, Problem Solving, People Management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
