Overview

As a Project Administrator, you will collaborate closely with the OPE team to define, document, and manage tasks essential for delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with tracking and reconciling project revenues and expenses
  • Monitor internal subcontractor invoices and associated pass-through revenue
  • Oversee the invoicing process to ensure timely submission and payment
  • Conduct regular progress reviews with team members to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Perform quality checks on both internal and subcontractor invoices prior to approval
  • Support leadership with special projects and report generation as needed
  • Achieve weekly and monthly financial targets set by leadership
  • Complete all additional tasks related to your scope of work as assigned by leadership
  • Maintain accurate and detailed “As-Built” drawings throughout the construction process
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of project milestones and deliverables
  • Track and report project progress to management, including key milestones and financial indicators
  • Ensure compliance with company, client, and project-specific policies, procedures, and quality standards
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a project coordination role within the telecommunications or construction industry
  • Oracle or SAP Experience
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Ability to interpret maps, drawings, and diagrams related to project builds
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
