Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead the operational excellence and expansion of Bravo Italian. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in fast-food or quick-service restaurant (QSR) operations, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in scaling multi-branch networks efficiently and sustainably. Qualifications & Experience Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality Management, or related field; continuous education or professional certifications are an advantage. Extensive executive or senior management experience in leading fast-food or quick-service restaurant (QSR) chains. Demonstrated track record in scaling multi-branch operations efficiently, sustainably, and profitably. Strong expertise in food and beverage (F&B) operations, supply chain management, and operational process optimization. Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic execution skills. Adept at leveraging technology, systems, and data analytics to drive operational excellence and business growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth & Expansion Develop and execute scalable operating model to support rapid multi-branch expansion. Lead market entry strategies, including site selection, outlet rollout, and franchise development. Build the operational infrastructure and support systems needed for fast and efficient growth. Establish and refine operations manuals, training programs, and performance systems to ensure consistency across locations. Financial & Performance Management Oversee operational budgets and ensure profitability across outlets. Monitor P&L performance, optimize resource allocation, and control operational costs. Collaborate with the CEO and in coordination with Finance on business forecasting, pricing strategy, and ROI analysis. Operational Excellence Oversee all aspects of multi-branch operations, including production, logistics, service quality, and compliance. Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures to maintain efficiency, food quality, and service consistency. Implement data-driven performance management, tracking KPIs for productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction. Utilize technology solutions (POS systems, analytics, inventory management) to optimize operations and decision-making. Leadership & Organizational Development Build and lead a high-performing operations team capable of sustaining fast growth. Recruit, train, and mentor Area Managers and store-level managers to ensure strong leadership pipelines. Foster a result-oriented culture that emphasize accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Brand & Customer Experience Ensure consistent brand execution and superior customer experience across all branches. Oversee menu optimization, quality standards, and service protocols.
