They are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive the company’s operational efficiency and overall business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the outsourcing industry, with a preference for a background in infrastructure or transportation. Your Responsibilities: Oversee and lead the day-to-day operations of the company, focusing on back-office and support services in the information services industry. Develop and implement effective operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and ensure top-quality service delivery. Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational activities with the company’s goals and objectives, driving growth and operational excellence. Analyze performance metrics and operational data to identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to maintain cost-effective operations and ensure optimal performance. Lead, motivate, and mentor the operations team, promoting a high-performance culture based on accountability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and industry best practices, maintaining high-quality service and operational integrity. Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring service delivery is consistent with expectations and requirements. Leverage technology and operational systems to improve back-office processes, automate workflows, and drive business growth. Evaluate and implement strategies to scale operations, supporting long-term organizational success and profitability. What our Client is Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. At least 8-10 years of experience in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. Solid experience in the outsourcing industry, especially in managing back-office and information services operations. Experience in infrastructure or transportation sectors is a plus. Proven ability to lead operational improvements, drive efficiency, and optimize resource utilization. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on team collaboration. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and resource management.
