About the Role
A leading developer in the Philippines is seeking a passionate and customer-centric Associate, Customer Relations to join their growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners (vecinos) and play a vital role in building strong relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and resolving any concerns they may have.
Responsibilities
- Account Management: Be the main point of contact for vecinos, fostering open communication to build trust and long-term relationships
- Address vecino inquiries, requests, and complaints through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings
- Manage accounts from turnover of signed Contract to Sell (CTS) and pre-signed Deeds of Acceptance (DOAs) to final delivery of the property title in the vecino's name
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of the property according to specifications and quality standards
- Provide quarterly updates on project progress to vecinos
- Act as a liaison between vecinos and internal teams to resolve any issues efficiently
- Ensure all communications comply with company standards, procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in databases, goal trackers, and other monitoring systems for improved team efficiency and evaluation
- Submit reports to the Team Lead as required
- Collection Support: Collaborate with the collection support group to ensure annual collection targets are met
- Facilitate communication between vecinos and the collection support group regarding their bank loan application status
- Proactively identify and reach out to accounts with delinquent payments, unresponsiveness, or non-compliance with requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or account management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service

Role: Digital Marketing Specialist
Salary: Php 40,000 - 50,000
Job type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (night shift, 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM PH Time)

Responsibilities
- Build and launch emails, landing pages, and popups using Ontraport and Wisepops
- Set up and manage marketing automations and email sequences
- Implement and manage A/B tests across funnels and pages
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend data-driven optimizations
- Troubleshoot and QA all funnel components prior to go-live
- Create and maintain marketing dashboards (Google Analytics, Ontraport, etc.)
- Deliver regular performance reports on campaigns, automations, and tests
- Track key conversion metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Manage and maintain integrations across tools (e.g., Zapier, Ontraport, Wisepops)
- Ensure systems are documented and workflows are always up-to-date
- Collaborate with the founder to streamline and systematize backend delivery
Qualifications
- Proven experience in backend marketing implementation—not just strategy
- Knowledge of Ontraport (or similar CRMs), Wisepops, and Google Analytics
- Comfortable building landing pages, setting up automations, and executing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and CRO
- Ability to create clear, documented SOPs for marketing systems and tasks
- Comfortable working autonomously and proactively managing deliverables

Key Responsibilities
- Manage email and SMS marketing across Klaviyo and Postscript for 3–4 DTC brands
- Define cadence, tone, segmentation, and performance targets for owned channels
- Build and optimize automated flows and customer segments
- Plan and execute 6–12+ campaigns per client
- Test subject lines, content, and offers via A/B testing
- Manage lead magnets and on-site capture forms
- Analyze post-send metrics and provide performance insights
- Provide data-driven insights to improve ROI
- Optimize funnel stages for revenue, engagement, and deliverability
- Collaborate with Brand Managers, Creative, and Tech teams
- Maintain campaign calendars and track performance
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with email and SMS marketing
- Proven track record of owning lifecycle flows and campaigns
- Deep understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization
- Strong copywriting and visual direction skills
- Familiarity with popup and list-building tools
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting
- Ability to manage 3–4 brands simultaneously
- Highly organized with attention to detail
