Your Role, Your Impact The Digital Campaign Supervisor will help coordinate and support planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts across various digital channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for leveraging data to drive results. Responsibilities Assist in planning and implementing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. Help manage day-to-day operations across digital channels such as email, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn), search engines, display advertising, and content marketing. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and effective content for various digital platforms. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Support budget tracking and ensure campaigns stay within allocated resources and meet performance goals. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and support lead nurturing efforts. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and managing online campaigns. Familiarity of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience with CRM software. Good communication and project management skills. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
