SMDC Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines Hiring for Customer Support roles | Collection and Remedial Supervisor & Assistants | Communications Supervisor & Assistants | SMDC JOB SUMMARY: The Digital Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in driving property sales through SMDC’s innovative digital sales platform. This position is responsible for engaging prospective buyers online, providing seamless virtual consultations, and guiding clients through the end-to-end digital purchasing journey. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, customer-focused, and results-driven, with a passion for real estate and digital engagement. They will serve as the frontline ambassador of SMDC’s digital transformation, ensuring a high-quality experience for clients transacting through the platform. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle initial touchpoint thru chat, email, or call and nurture assigned leads. Generate sales thru inbound leads (and outbound leads, as needed). Order Management Handle assigned transactions within agreed SLA. Ensure timely booking of converted accounts. CRM and Data Handling Maintain and update data and progress on assigned leads. Ensure that all transactions are logged in designated systems. Act as the frontliner for digital sales transactions. Ensure a delightful customer experience for every interaction. Project Knowledge Know the key details about SMDC projects. Be able to respond to customer inquiries accurately and concisely. JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Communication or related field. Real Estate Accredited Salesperson or Licensed Broker preferred but not required. BPO experience in an omni channel sales account, real estate experience preferred but not required (at least 1 year). Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
