Jr Project Engineer – Masagana Gas Corp. Role Overview Jr. Project Engineer coordinates and oversees technical aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Works with contractors, architects, clients, monitors compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Duties and Responsibilities Pre-Project Installation: Site Inspection Collaboration – Work closely with Sales to conduct site inspections before project commencement. Project Planning & Design: Prepare isometric designs, accurate cost estimates, manpower scheduling, Gantt charts, and other project management documents. Project Presentation: Prepare progress reports for engineering coordination meetings; assist in presenting plans and details to President and Sales team. Manpower Coordination: Oversee mobilization and demobilization of personnel. Daily Project Monitoring: Supervise and track daily progress. Issue Resolution: Prepare HIRAC and risk assessment plans to identify and resolve problems. Client & Supplier Coordination: Participate in meetings to ensure smooth operations. Documentation Management: Organize project documentation and filing systems. Project Summary: Provide close‑out report with overview, accomplishments, budget comparison, lessons learned, deliverables, final remarks. Preventive Maintenance Scheduling: Establish schedule for bulk & commercial accounts. System Enhancement Recommendations: Assess client systems and recommend repairs or enhancements. Promotion of Additional Services: Recommend additional services aligning with client needs. Client Support: Address client complaints and requests. Additional Tasks: Perform tasks assigned by management; support shared services team. Skills & Abilities Project Management – Plan, organize, and oversee projects efficiently. Technical Skills – Autocad, Sketch‑up, design, cost/quantity estimation, scheduling. Problem‑Solving – Quickly identify and resolve issues. Communication – Clear communication with clients, suppliers, and teams. Attention to Detail – Maintain accurate documentation and compliance. Client Relations – Manage client needs and expectations. Time Management – Prioritize tasks efficiently. Team Collaboration – Work well with cross‑functional teams.
