This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive at Dorak Holding’s Manila office. As a key member of our sales team, you will support sales growth, pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and contribute to the expansion of our “Europe and Beyond” destinations. This role is ideal for a motivated and customer-focused professional ready to take ownership of targets and make a meaningful impact within a leading tourism company.
Responsibilities- Sales Strategy: Support and implement targeted sales plans to drive revenue and strengthen market presence for Europe and Beyond destinations.
- Growth & Pipeline: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales manager and cross-functional teams to enhance offerings and service quality.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on travel industry trends and competitor activities relevant to Europe and Beyond markets.
- Reporting: Track individual sales activities and provide updates on performance progress.
- Experience: 2–4 years in sales, preferably in tourism or travel industry.
- Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing targets.
- Market Knowledge: Interest in and willingness to learn about Europe and Beyond destinations.
- Strategic: Ability to support planning and execution of sales initiatives.
- Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Communication: Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are a plus.
