WM Mortgage Operations

As the WM Mortgage Operations - Collateral Review Supervisor within the Collateral Review Team, you will lead a group of specialists responsible for evaluating residential appraisal reports to ensure compliance with JP Morgan guidelines. You will need to possess an in-depth understanding of mortgage regulatory requirements, including TILA, RESPA, Dodd-Frank rules, and underwriting standards. Job Responsibilities Manage operations functions and processes across multiple Wealth Management Mortgage Operations locations Partner with Mortgage Operations Production, additional internal support functions (Credit Risk, Legal, Compliance) Internal Private Bank Technology, Mortgage Solutions, and all external vendors Work across all teams to properly identify, document and develop actionable steps to address operations risks and reinforce control agenda for the line of business Create, maintain, and deliver effective communication with stakeholders and business partners with the purpose of informing interested parties on all key milestones and production accomplishments Manage performance, develop skills, capabilities, and successors. Provides real-time feedback to the team and fulfills performance management commitments Help build 'One Team' across locations with perfect mix of collaboration, accountability, and responsibility Manage pipeline to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations are met Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities Minimum of 5 years of Mortgage/Financial Services Operations management experience Strong understanding of residential appraisal standards Experience in mortgage lending, underwriting and appraisal/collateral review.
