About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SAP MM/WM Consultant who will take a leading role in designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Materials Management and Warehouse Management processes for clients in manufacturing, distribution, and logistics-driven industries. This role covers the full Source-to-Pay lifecycle, inbound and outbound warehouse operations, and key integrations with WM/EWM and other supply chain modules.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and functional leads to deliver end-to-end solutions, drive continuous improvement, and support post-go-live operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead assessment of MM and Warehouse Management business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP designs.
  • Configure SAP MM components such as Purchasing, Inventory Management, Vendor Master, Pricing, MRP, and movement types.
  • Configure WM processes including storage types, bin management, putaway, picking, replenishment, and warehouse movements.
  • Ensure seamless integration with EWM, SD, PP, and FICO, supporting cross-functional business processes.
  • Develop, execute, and document test scenarios; support SIT, UAT, and system cutover activities.
  • Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documentation, and process flows.
  • Provide AMS support: troubleshoot incidents, resolve issues, manage tickets, and propose system enhancements.
  • Conduct training for key users and provide hypercare support for deployments.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to improving internal delivery practices.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in SAP MM configuration, including purchasing, inventory management, pricing, MRP, and master data.
  • Hands-on experience with WM (classic Warehouse Management) and strong understanding of EWM concepts.
  • Solid SAP S/4HANA experience (on-premise or cloud).
  • Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash supply chain process flows.
  • Experience working in a consulting environment with strong client-facing communication skills.
  • Comfortable with ticket-based AMS, SLAs, and proactive ownership of incidents and enhancements.
  • Ability to document processes, write functional specifications, and support cross-functional teams.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members is an advantage.
