Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. We are currently hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our IT staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential clients via cold calls, LinkedIn, email sequences. Target organizations that hire IT and professional talent directly (non-MSP), emphasizing enterprise or mid-market clients. Research and segment industries where we already have success — transportation, healthcare, finance, consulting, and technology. Qualification & Discovery Conduct initial qualification calls to assess client hiring model, decision-making structure, and IT staffing needs. Warm leads by establishing rapport and capturing key qualifying data such as company size, roles typically filled, ServiceNow usage, and whether they use an MSP or direct sourcing. Route qualified leads to Account Executives for closing conversations. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as JA, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar. Track activity metrics including calls, connects, meetings booked, and conversion rates. Refine outbound messaging and call scripts to improve lead quality and appointment-to-close ratio. Ideal Background At least two years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development, ideally within staffing, recruiting, or SaaS. Proven success generating appointments and qualified meetings through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Experience working with MSP and non-MSP environments, with an understanding of how staffing suppliers are selected. Strong research and prospecting skills and the ability to identify new accounts that fit our direct-client model. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM or dialer platforms, and structured sales cadences. Self-starter with a repeatable qualification methodology and an awareness of their personal conversion metrics. Confident communicator, resilience to outbound rejection, and a consultative tone. Must have excellent English communication skills.
