Overview Ultrawell OPC urgently needs a Warehouse Supervisor to be assigned in Bulakan, Bulacan. Responsibilities Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods. Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance. Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas. Ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions. Communicate job expectations to warehouse employees and provide coaching. Determine staffing levels and assign workloads. Interface with customers to address questions or solve problems. Establish innovative or adjusted work procedures. Coordinate activities with other departments. Qualifications Must have work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor. Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques. Knowledge of warehouse software packages and proficiency in MS Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
