You’ll source qualified candidates, conduct phone screens, and manage interviews. About the job As a Recruiter, you’ll connect skilled healthcare professionals with patients and families who rely on them. You’ll screen candidates, move fast when needs arise, and ensure each placement is ready to hit the ground running. Responsibilities: Source qualified candidates for healthcare roles Conduct phone screens and manage interviews Use platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards Requirements: 1+ years of recruitment experience Confident on the phone, great with follow-ups, and skilled at closing candidates Proactive, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple roles at once Know how to source creatively using social media, job boards, and AI tools Highly organized and detail-oriented when handling compliance tasks What We Offer: Fair pay and on-time payment Prepaid HMO coverage Tools, training, and honest feedback for growth ₱20,000 Sign-On Bonus Note: If engagement ends within the first 12 months, the bonus will be subject to repayment and may be deducted from final pay.
