The Role: Talent Recruitment Specialist - Permanent WFH. Imagine being the person who connects skilled healthcare professionals with the patients and families who rely on them. You’ll screen candidates, move fast when needs arise, and make sure each placement is ready to hit the ground running. What Your Days Might Look Like: Source qualified candidates for healthcare roles Conduct phone screens and manage interviews Use platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards Support document collection, license verification, and background checks Track recruitment funnel metrics Recommend ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency Who We Think Will Thrive in This Role: 1+ years of recruitment experience Experience recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles Confident on the phone, great with follow-ups, and skilled at closing candidates Proactive, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple roles at once Know how to source creatively using social media, job boards, and AI tools Highly organized and detail-oriented when handling compliance tasks Communicate clearly and professionally in English (written and spoken) Comfortable working 100% remotely with a reliable setup Why ClearDesk?
