Overview Overseeing the structural design and construction of buildings, interior fit-outs and other infrastructure projects Analyzing structural plans and specifications to identify potential issues and recommend solutions Collaborating with the project management head, and other stakeholders to address and resolve any structural challenges that arise Conducting site inspections and monitoring construction progress to ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols Preparing detailed reports and documentation to track project progress and compliance Providing technical guidance and support to the construction team Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with local building codes and regulation What we\'re looking for Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction industry. Familiarity with construction processes, quality standards, and safety regulations. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple project stakeholders.
