Understand customer needs, answer questions, and create plans that address clients’ business needs. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for development and closure. Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest. Maintain and expand a prospect database, building pipeline and closing deals. Perform effective online demos and explain product features. Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms. Advise clients on creating profitable processes. Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs. Submit monthly agent reports to the Country Manager by the pre‑settled deadline. Why Check In to This Role? Help sales team up‑sell or cross‑sell services and products.
