Senior Associate Project Manager - Water Arup Manila , National Capital Region, Philippines We are looking for a Senior Associate Project Manager to lead renewable energy projects across the region. The role is based in our Manila office. Overview Arup’s purpose is to shape a better world through sustainable development. Join a global team of advisors delivering architecture, engineering, and advisory services across every aspect of the built environment. Responsibilities Lead feasibility, procurement, and design works for renewable energy projects. Initiate and manage project reviews, including inception and design reviews. Resolve complex technical issues and manage commercial delivery against Arup’s business plan. Support Project Director in overall project delivery and client relations. Lead resource, skills, and time planning for timely project delivery. Maintain quality standards and H&S for the project. Prepare and support bids and proposals. Lead meetings and deliver project presentations to clients. Qualifications Licensed/Chartered/Professionally Qualified Engineer (Civil or similar area); postgraduate studies an advantage. At least 10 years’ experience in power generation, solar PV, hydropower, wind, or related fields within a multi‑disciplinary consulting business. Experience delivering small to utility‑scale power projects. Membership of relevant professional institutions recognized in the Philippines or internationally. Strong knowledge of local policies, regulations, codes of practice, and guidelines, including OH&S. Good technical understanding of renewable technologies and commercial aspects of projects. Capability to develop consulting proposals and manage commercial aspects. Excellent written and verbal communication, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
