We are seeking a highly motivated Project Associate Consultant – Sustainability Reporting to support clients in navigating the evolving landscape of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosures.

The role involves working closely with senior consultants to deliver high-quality sustainability reports aligned with leading global frameworks such as IFRS S1 & S2, GRI, SASB, and TCFD. The ideal candidate will contribute to data collection, analysis, and validation; assist in drafting clear and credible disclosures; and help clients identify ESG risks, opportunities, and performance indicators.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Deliver consulting projects for clients;

· Fulfill responsibilities allocated by the project manager in the project;

· Coordinate with the project team on day-to-day operational activities for the projects;

· Analyze, review, and report on the data/information collected as required in the project;

· Stay up to date with market needs and respond by developing new services and team skills;

· Grow the Company's reputation and develop proposals / respond to tenders;

· Support in preparing white papers, research articles, and case studies as required;

· Support the sales team when needed;

· Develop training topics/materials related to sustainability as and when required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

· Basic / Clear understanding & experience in GRI Standards and Sustainability Reporting.

· Enthusiastic about learning more and developing skills in the area of sustainability.

· Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients is an added advantage.

· Outstanding verbal and communication skills.

· Team Player and Self-Motivated.

· Bachelor's Degree – Environment Science / Mass Communication / Data Analytics or related area.

· Certifications in Sustainability and Reporting will be added advantage.

· Fresh Graduates willing to grow in the area of Sustainability are welcome to apply.
