You use your analytical and communication skills to manage product execution backlogs and support multi-phase projects. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement. You play a key role in building strong relationships and fostering a client-centric approach. Together, we create stable, sustainable solutions that make a difference.Job Responsibilities Writes clear business requirements and discovery features using data to support desired changesMaps and documents current and target state business processesIdentifies risks early and collaborates with partners to meet controls, legal, and compliance needsRecognizes ongoing needs, gaps, and future opportunities for business partnersBuilds strong relationships with business, product, and technical teamsSets clear expectations and communicate effectively in writing and verballyApplies deep understanding of business product vision, strategy, and operational needsUses Agile project and product management processes to drive resultsAnalyzes business needs to enhance the client journey for middle office serviceSafeguards successful product launches and iterate for continuous improvementManages competing priorities with exceptional organization and attention to detailRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bachelor's degreeMinimum 3 years of experience in product management or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated strategic and analytical orientationExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong leadership and influencing abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver resultsExperience working independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAdvanced relationship management skillsExpertise in change management and process improvementHighly organized with strong attention to detailMeets firm's internal mobility eligibility requirementsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience in commercial banking or corporate and investment bankingFamiliarity with systems used in commercial banking or CIBPrevious experience with large-system migration or conversion projectsProven track record in strategic program development and executionExperience with benchmarking and research for process improvementAbility to identify and document business process mapsDeep understanding of client journey frameworksInternal Application Eligibility RequirementsTENURE:Must meet minimum employment tenure requirement.
