This role requires aproactive and detail-oriented professionalwho can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and drive results. Experience inautomation, AI technologies, speech analytics, and CCaaS (Call Center as a Service)platforms is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Senior Manager to defineproject objectives, deliverables, and success metrics. Develop and maintaindetailed project plans, tracking progress, budgets, and resources. Serve as acentral communication pointbetween project stakeholders and internal teams. Conductrisk assessmentsand develop mitigation strategies. Coordinate with Operations, IT, and Quality teams to ensurealignment with project goals. Supportbusiness requirements documentationto ensure clarity and consistency. Utilizeautomation tools, speech analytics, AI technologies, and CCaaS solutionsto enhance efficiency. Evaluateproject performance and transformation outcomes, preparing post-implementation reports. Assist in the creation ofbest practices, SOPs, and process improvement recommendations. Foster a culture ofcontinuous improvement and innovationwithin the team. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field. Minimum 3 years of experiencein project management or operations within aBPO or shared services environment(required). Familiarity withautomation, speech analytics, AI technologies, and CCaaS platforms. Proficiency inproject management toolssuch as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet. Excellentorganizational, communication, and stakeholder managementskills. Knowledge ofproject management methodologies(scope, risk, and stakeholder management). Strongproblem-solving and analytical mindset. Mustnotbe a current or former employee ofTech Mahindra. Mustnotbe a frequent job hopper (less than 1 year per company). Must be aFilipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines. Recent and relevant experience is required— candidates without this will not be considered. Preferred Qualifications Certification inPMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum. Experience indigital transformation or process improvement. Exposure tooperations, training, or quality managementdependencies. Core Competencies Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments. High attention to detail and quality assurance. Ability to integrateAI and automation technologiesinto workflow solutions.
