Sets up and installs technical systems, applications or processes related to ATM, Self-Checkout and other equipment / application implementation and operation. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems, identifying and documenting technical issues and ensuring their appropriate escalation and resolution. May work with clients on-site or remotely to provide installation assistance. Provides complete professional service support, including the identification and development of solutions, systems, applications and processes to meet client needs and expectations. Responsibilities Independently leads small- to mid-size customer implementations and projects. Schedules / re-schedules manufacturing dates to meet customer requirements. Expedites equipment as needed. Releases equipment on sales orders per schedule. Orders supply items for installation projects (tubing, wire, etc). Verifies accuracy of sales orders. Coordinates resources, equipment and parts for assigned projects. Assembles and directs the project team to stay within the target margin or budgeted cost. Applies project management best practices to all implementation activity. Documents, updates and maintains subcontractor information including address, phone numbers, performance and certification information. Provides user support to ensure customer expectations are met / exceeded. Serves as focal point for assigned customers, addressing questions, issues and concerns. Qualifications Required Qualifications Diploma or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Implementation and Transformation. Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
