About the Role We’re looking for a Sourcer to help us find exceptional talent across both our clinical roles and US corporate roles. This role will focus on building strong candidate pipelines through research, sourcing, and outreach. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, identify top talent, and ensure candidates have a positive, responsive experience from the very first touchpoint. Key Responsibilities Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Source qualified candidates using a variety of methods, including LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, and niche talent communities. Build and maintain a steady pipeline of clinical and corporate candidates for current and future hiring needs. Engage candidates through personalized, high-quality outreach messages that reflect Abby Care’s brand and values. Maintain accurate data and notes in the applicant tracking system. Track sourcing metrics, report on pipeline activity, and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability. Support continuous improvement of sourcing processes, tools, and strategies. About You 2–4 years of experience in candidate sourcing or recruiting, ideally supporting U.S.-based companies. Proven success sourcing for a mix of clinical and non-clinical roles (nursing, healthcare operations, or tech/startup environments preferred). Strong research and sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and social media platforms. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
