Job Summary: The Customer Care Representative (Healthcare Account) is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance members. This role involves handling inquiries related to medical claims, benefits, billing, and policy coverage, ensuring accurate information and timely resolution of concerns in compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails related to healthcare inquiries. Assist members and providers with claims, benefits, and eligibility verification. Resolve billing issues, payment disputes, and account concerns efficiently. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and other healthcare data privacy standards. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills. Meet performance metrics such as quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: At least High School Graduate / Senior High Graduate (College level or graduate preferred). With 6 months to 1 year of BPO or Customer Service experience , preferably in a healthcare account. Strong communication and active listening skills. Basic understanding of healthcare processes, insurance terms, or medical billing is an advantage. Ability to multitask, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and work in shifting schedules. Proficient in computer navigation and CRM tools.
