Position Summary

This position shall be responsible for managing the necessary shared services and support to the Supply Chain Management (SCM) to ensure attainment of SCM and company objectives by:

• Providing data, market and business analytics to assist management in making better and more sound decisions
• Developing standardized SCM policies and processes aligned with AP policies
• Leading SCM process governance and optimization initiatives
• Assisting in monitoring team performance, budget and development and execution of training for SCM continuous improvement

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducts commodity/market analytics and collaborates with Strategic Sourcing to generate savings and operational efficiency
• Maintains procurement database value: regular and bespoke SCM analytic reports; online processes aligned with Company policies
• Assists in resolution of system issues (e.g., Maximo and Oracle)
• Provides inputs in supply chain risk analysis and financial evaluation of bids
• Monitors performance metrics and aligns SCM Budget with corporate objectives
• Supports governance initiatives and stakeholder relationships; communicates plans and progress
• Delivers training budgets and provides administrative and team-leader support
• Ensures compliance with ISO policies and security management requirements
• Performs other assigned tasks

Qualifications

• 3–4 years experience in Supply Chain Analytics or related fields
• Experience with Power BI
• Education: Any 4-year engineering, business-related or Behavioral Science degree; engineering/technical background preferred

About the role

Oversee all warehouse and distribution operations during the night shift, ensuring efficient management of logistics processes.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all night shift warehouse and logistics activities (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping)
• Develop strategies to optimize workflow, productivity, accuracy and safety
• Lead and develop night shift team; handle performance management
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with day shift for seamless handoffs
• Provide regular reporting and KPI analysis to senior management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years in night shift operations management in warehousing/distribution
• Proven leadership in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Strong WMS/inventory control knowledge
• Problem-solving, independent work, prioritization
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Data analysis and reporting skills; continuous improvement mindset
• Relevant tertiary qualification in SCM or Logistics desirable
