We’re looking for a strategic and client-focused Accounts Manager to lead relationships, oversee projects, and drive business growth. What You’ll Do Lead Client Relationships – Act as the main point of contact for key clients, build long-term partnerships, and provide strategic recommendations tailored to their goals. Drive Projects to Success – Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with objectives. Grow the Business – Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, lead pitches and proposals, and contribute to meeting department targets and quotas. Guide the Team – Mentor junior account team members, foster collaboration, and align internal teams toward operational excellence. Represent the Agency – Be present at client meetings, pitches, shoots, and industry events while staying ahead of marketing and creative trends. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in account management, business development, or client servicing (preferably in a marketing or advertising agency). Proven track record in meeting business development targets and managing multiple client accounts. Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and leadership abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools. Success in This Role Means Seamless delivery of projects within time and budget. Achieved or exceeded business growth targets. A motivated and high-performing Accounts team.
