About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Manager to lead our design and creative initiatives. This position will be based in the Philippines and will remotely coordinate with the Management Team in Canada. The Creative Manager will oversee a team of designers and artists, develop visuals and branding for campaigns, and ensure consistent, high-quality creative output across all platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire the creative team (designers, graphic artists, 3D, etc.).
  • Develop branding, visuals, and creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency of the brand across print, digital, and in-store materials.
  • Innovate new design ideas for merchandising, advertising, and online content.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Review, refine, and approve creative outputs to meet business goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior creative or design leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction and execution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, 3D software is a plus).
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
