Our client is seeking a proactive Filipino professional who can read and speak Chinese and English to support our dealings with our Chinese counterparts. The successful candidate will assist in administrative coordination, supply chain management, employee communication, and translation of company documents to ensure smooth collaboration in all of the company's Chinese transactions. Key Responsibilities Place orders with the Chinese suppliers. Coordinate production and delivery schedules and specifications of all orders with Chinese counterparts. Translate and interpret between Chinese, English, and Filipino in meetings, documents, and employee communications. Draft and review formal memos, announcements, and certifications in both English and Chinese. Coordinate with local and international teams to ensure accurate and timely communication. Coordinate with the Import Specialist to ensure the timely delivery of all orders from China to the site in the Philippines. Inspect and report on the status of the delivered orders on site. Prepare various reports, as needed. Other duties as assigned or directed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any course, a Business or related academic major preferred or relevant work experience. Filipino citizen, can read and speak Chinese and English. Computer literate and highly motivated. Willing to travel to China from time to time.
