DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES This role focuses on managing and nurturing existing client accounts while identifying new opportunities, upselling and cross‑selling IT solutions. You will be responsible for building long‑term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth through sales initiatives within key accounts. Responsibilities Identify, engage, and close deals with enterprise clients in the Philippines. Demonstrate a history of sourcing and closing high‑value software license deals. Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline within three (3) months. Meet or exceed sales and quarterly revenue targets for assigned accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and building long‑term relationships. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through up‑sell and cross‑sells by understanding their IT needs and offering relevant solutions while generating new leads and delivering new logos and increasing revenue. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's IT solutions, products, and services to propose effective recommendations to clients. Continuously follow up with clients post‑sale to ensure their continued satisfaction and gather feedback. Collaborate with the customer support and technical teams to ensure successful project implementation and smooth operations for clients. Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts. Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to position the company effectively in the marketplace. Account Management Expertise: Ability to manage and grow long‑term client relationships effectively. Sales Acumen: Strong ability to identify and close new sales opportunities within existing accounts. Key Competencies Client‑Centric Focus: A commitment to delivering value and exceeding client expectations. Problem‑Solving: Ability to understand and address client pain points with customized IT solutions. Territory Sales: Previous Philippines territory sales experience is mandatory for this position. Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
