Hiring Multiple Remote Administrative & Executive Support Roles – $5–$8/hr

We are looking for highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistants and Executive Assistants to support various leaders and teams in a fully remote environment. If you thrive on multitasking, improving operations, supporting executives, and providing exceptional administrative support, we want to hear from you

Open Positions:

  1. Administrative Assistant – Up to $6/hr

  2. Executive Assistant (CFO Support) – Up to $7/hr

  3. Executive Virtual Assistant (Bilingual) – Up to $8/hr

  4. Virtual Executive Assistant – Up to $6/hr

  5. Executive Assistant to HR Director – Up to $6/hr

  6. Remote Back-Office Executive Assistant – Up to $6/hr

  7. Executive Assistant (Sales & Business Development Support) – Up to $5/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management, scheduling, and coordination across teams and executives

  • Email management, communication tracking, and follow-ups

  • Customer service, client communications, and lead coordination

  • Support for finance, HR, and operational tasks (bookkeeping, payroll prep, invoice tracking, compliance monitoring)

  • CRM and project management system updates and reporting (Jobber, HubSpot, JobNimbus, Monday.com, etc.)

  • Preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for executives and team members

  • Organizing events, travel, vendor coordination, and administrative workflows

  • Assisting with onboarding, training, compliance, and internal processes

  • Social media messaging, reputation management, and scheduling for certain roles

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or related support role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting

  • Tech-savvy, familiar with productivity, CRM, and communication tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, scheduling tools, social media platforms)

  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information

  • Bilingual skills are preferred for some roles
