Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications; respond on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Meeting & Event Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.
- Take meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Confidential & Strategic Support:
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support executive decision-making by gathering and summarizing relevant data or reports.
Liaison & Communication:
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and follow-ups.
Office Management & Special Projects:
- Manage office supplies, requests, and other administrative needs of the executive office.
- Assist in planning and executing special projects or corporate initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role (at least 2–3 years preferred).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
