Position Summary

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Guides and manages all aspects of software/hardware deployments to meet deadlines for systems go-live.
• Develops detailed schedules of assigned projects for New Product Introduction.
• Ability to analyze casino business operational needs / challenges and work with internal team to find the possible solution
• Oversee the implementation of project improvements
• Coordinates all departments as they relate to product production.
• Organizes interdepartmental activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and successfully produced.
• Evaluates and secures required resources to match project and production needs.
• Conducts status meetings with both internal teams and external customers.
• Determine the user requirements (BRD) working with business analysts, product owner & business stakeholders
• Tracks, monitors, and reports project progress on a regular basis to the Executive Management Team through the direct supervisor.
• Ensures product quality metrics are gathered; analyzes data and implements corrective actions as required to improve quality.
• Develop project specifications, agree project plan including scope, key activities, deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills needed, especially in Project, Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of other project management applications a plus.
• Should have clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and software configuration processes
• Excellent analytical skills and problem resolution skills
• Ability to communicate with IT and business users with ease
• Ability to manage issues requiring problem resolution and conflict management.
• Proven relationship building experience.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to obtain gaming licenses in various jurisdictions.

Experience, Education and Qualification:

• 5+ years of experience of project management, engineering or operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Masters Degree / MBA preferred.
