JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PPC Associate to support our PPC team with the build-out of Google Ads campaigns for our clients. This team member will follow a set of guidelines and steps given to them to create Google Ads campaigns for new clients. Daily tasks will include but not be limited to launching new Google Ads campaigns which include using HighLevel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Sheets, Data Miner, ZoHo CRM, and Monday.com .

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The PPC Associate will be expected to know the ins and outs of building Google Ads campaigns.

• Spreadsheet Proficiency: Understanding of Google Sheets to utilize the templates we use to build out ad campaigns.
• Conversion Tracking: Use HighLevel CRM software to set up call tracking and conversion tracking for ad campaigns.
• Understanding of Google Suite: Comfortable with the full range of Google products from Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Tag Manager, to Gmail and Google Drive.
• Copywriting Quality Assurance: Read through ad copy generated from our ad templates to ensure it is grammatical and makes sense for each client’s needs.
• Project Management: Communicate with team members using Monday.com , Gmail, and Cliq to ensure the timely delivery of ad campaigns.

Clients depend on us to deliver and maintain marketing campaigns that deliver consistent results. Fully-functioning, fully-optimized ad campaigns cannot exist without a dedication to detail.

You will analyze problems by gathering and organizing all relevant information, identify cause-and-effect relationships, and present appropriate solutions.
• Client-Focused Approach: What’s best for the client is at the forefront of what you do. Our main goal is to provide a marketing outlet for clients to increase their ROI. All decisions that are made on client accounts are for the betterment of the client’s overall practice goals.
• Desire to Learn: The digital marketing landscape is always changing - our team stays up-to-date on the latest trends and updates, so we can deliver the best for our clients.
• Task Prioritization: Ability to prioritize a large amount of client work and effectively manage resources to triage their needs for optimal client satisfaction. You will need to make decisions on which tasks and accounts take priority in certain situations.
• English Proficiency: A high level of both written and verbal English proficiency is required.
