360Training is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to join our Acquisition and Media team to create and manage paid campaigns across our digital marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage and grow paid campaigns primarily with PPC Search Ads in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms
  • Analyze and report on campaign progress with in-depth analysis of key metrics
  • Create action items for continued optimization and growth
  • Hit growth targets through keyword and campaign expansion
  • Hit ROAS and ROI targets through continuous campaign optimization
Qualifications And Requirements
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience creating Google Ads campaigns
  • Experience managing multiple campaign types (e.g. Search, Display, Video, Social, Remarketing)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Proven track record of successful paid campaign management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented team player
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and project management skills
  • Understanding of reporting and analytics tools and nomenclature
