Your Role As a Digital Media Specialist , you will: Job Description We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Digital Media Specialist to develop and manage digital media campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing and expertise in managing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Amazon Ads, Simplifi, Google Ads, and Adswizz . This role requires a balance of analytical thinking and creative problem‑solving, with a proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable results. The Digital Media Specialist will also need strong communication skills — both written and verbal — to effectively present strategies, explain recommendations, and collaborate with internal and client teams. Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with client goals. Manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs — primarily Amazon Ads, Simplifi, Google Ads, and Adswizz . Oversee Display Advertising Network account integration and ensure smooth campaign setup and delivery. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using DSP report centers, Microsoft Excel , and Streams’ proprietary reporting technology . Identify actionable insights and optimization opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to align campaign strategies with business objectives. Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates. What You Need Non‑negotiables Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital media strategy, campaign management, or media buying. Hands‑on experience with Amazon Ads, Simplifi, Google Ads, and/or Adswizz (experience in multiple DSPs is preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications , especially Excel (required). Google Tag Manager (GTM) experience is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously.
