What you’ll be doing Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our travel packages and services Create engaging content for our website, social media channels, and other digital platforms to reach and attract potential customers Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities and support lead generation efforts Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and optimize marketing strategies Coordinate with the design team to produce visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the travel industry What we’re looking for Experience in a marketing or communications role is a plus, preferably in the travel and tourism industry Excels at video editing can significantly enhance digital marketing strategies by creating engaging and persuasive content Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website management An analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to measure and optimize marketing performance Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering innovative marketing solutions Collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
