Coordinate service scheduling and client communication for Rentokil Initial, a top-ranked employer in the Philippines. Your Role: Key responsibilities include: Executing service scheduling and responding to client queries. Preparing and coordinating advanced schedules with Service Supervisors. Assisting the Service team with customer communication. Submitting monthly State of Service (SOS) reports. Preparing service order reports and necessary documents for clients. Ensuring timely submission of reports and documents. Monitoring customer service complaints and attending necessary trainings. About You: The ideal candidate will have: A college degree with experience in customer service, scheduling, and people management. Fast learning ability and capability to work with minimal supervision. Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset. Willingness to be trained for career growth.
