Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing service scheduling and responding to client queries.
  • Preparing and coordinating advanced schedules with Service Supervisors.
  • Assisting the Service team with customer communication.
  • Submitting monthly State of Service (SOS) reports.
  • Preparing service order reports and necessary documents for clients.
  • Ensuring timely submission of reports and documents.
  • Monitoring customer service complaints and attending necessary trainings.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A college degree with experience in customer service, scheduling, and people management.
  • Fast learning ability and capability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to be trained for career growth.
