(ASI) Key Responsibilities You will: Support the day-to-day operations and evaluation in a global shared services environment of all Total Rewards program, including but not limited to the following: Health and Welfare Benefits (e.g. medical, dental, life insurance) Recognition and Work/Life benefits (e.g., education benefits, backup care) Retirement (e.g. savings) Well‑being (e.g., mental health, health promotion and health management programs) Workplace Health and Safety (e.g., vaccination programs, environmental safety) Qualifications & Requirements QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: You must have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience You must have 5+ years of progressive HR experience in at least two of the following areas: benefits administration, compensation, absence management in a global shared service environment You must have 2+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience in a global share service environment Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday preferred) Ability to interpret and apply policies related to ADA, FMLA, and wage compliance Ability to analyze and present data for decision-making, Project and vendor management.
