About the job Pharmacy Benefits - Project Coordinator Our client is one of the leading multinational companies here in the Philippines. Responsibilities: Act as the main liaison between the pharmacy consultant, the health and benefits client service team, PBM partners, and other vendors Manage PBM programs for North American clients, including analysis, design, and cost-saving strategies for pharmacy benefit plans. Attend and document meetings, track follow-up items, and ensure effective communication among team members and clients. Conduct research and benchmarking studies, providing analyses and summaries to add value. Analyze and compare vendor products, services, and contracts. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent client service. Build internal relationships and work effectively in cross-functional teams. Produce high-quality deliverables and contribute to the creation of new intellectual capital. Maintain strong attention to detail for accurate deliverables and address client questions with support from the pharmacy consultant.
