About the Role As a Sales Assistant Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our U.S based Sales Team. You will manage CRM workflows, research new prospects, and set up meetings that lead directly to big wins. We're looking for someone with very strong, near-native English speaking skills. This is a great role if you’re highly motivated, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Maintain accurate data & activity tracking in Salesforce. Research companies & find decision-makers to build prospect lists. Send tailored outbound emails & make prospecting phone calls, as needed. Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for Sales Representatives. Support Sales Representatives with prospect research & prep before meetings. Track responses & follow-up sequences after meetings. Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives to improve outreach strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field). 2-4 years of B2B sales support, SDR, or lead generation experience. Strong, near-native English communication skills (written & spoken). Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRMs (Hubspot, Zoho, etc.). Comfortable with outbound email sequences & prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.) is a plus. Demonstrated strength in research, organization, and independent work. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: PHP 70,000 per month (Approx. USD 1,200 per month). Bonuses for booking qualified meetings above quota. Quarterly performance incentives tied to team success.
