About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at LD Ebike Trading Corp' in Longos Malotos City, Bulacan. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries, and supporting the overall sales and operations of our e-bike retail store. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers, building rapport, and understanding their needs
  2. Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our e-bike products
  3. Assisting customers with product selection, answering questions, and providing recommendations
  4. Processing sales transactions, handling cash and card payments, and providing receipts
  5. Maintaining store displays, shelves, and product inventory
  6. Supporting the overall operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures
  7. Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive shopping experience

What we're looking for

  1. Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers of diverse backgrounds
  3. Sales experience in the retail or e-commerce industry, preferably in the e-bike or similar product category
  4. Basic knowledge of e-bike technology and features, or the ability to quickly learn about our product offerings
  5. Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
  6. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  7. Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate our store's operating hours
