This role combines business analysis, project leadership, and collaboration with IT to improve systems and workflows. Analyze processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency. Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout each project. Prepare reports, project documentation, and updates for management. Support system testing, implementation, and post-launch review. Ensure smooth handover and adoption of project outcomes.
