URGENT HIRING IT Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.

•Analyze and evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement.

•Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT teams or third-party vendors.

•Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and proper implementation.

•Conduct impact analysis, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis.

•Assist in quality assurance by creating test plans, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and validating outcomes.

•Support project management activities including planning, tracking, and reporting.

•Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

•With/without prior experience in business analysis or a related field.

•Strong understanding of business processes and project management methodologies.

•Experience with data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and workflow software
