We are seeking a strategic and highly skilled Business Intelligence Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of the company’s data strategy, ensuring robust infrastructure and accurate analysis across projects. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to identify key business questions, design analytics solutions, and transform raw data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and impactful strategies. With your expertise in BI tools, data visualization, and advanced analytics, you will lead the way in turning numbers into narratives, empowering the organization to stay agile and competitive. Responsibilities Design and implement a comprehensive business intelligence strategy aligned with company/project goals, including data collection, storage, and access protocols. Data Collection and Integration: identify key business questions with stakeholders, create data collection methods, implement and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, accuracy and security. Visualization and Dashboard Development: create interactive dashboards, insightful reports, and visualizations to present data in a clear and understandable format for users. Data Analysis and Interpretation: lead the analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, insights and KPIs; involve statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling; translate data into actionable insights that meet business needs. BI Tool Administration and Maintenance: manage BI software and hardware, including user access, security, and performance optimization; monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving data inconsistencies or errors. Collaborate with various departments to understand data needs, translate requirements into analytical solutions, and present findings; provide support to colleagues on BI tools and data interpretation. Qualifications Open for fresh graduates or at least 2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related field (open for fresh graduates with strong academic background or internship experience) Proven experience using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar) Strong SQL skills and knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail Additional Details Industry: Public Relations & Marketing Communications Employment: Full-time; Hybrid Seniority level: Associate Job function: Business Development and Sales Industries: Public Relations and Communications Services Note: This description retains the essential content and intent of the original posting while organizing it for clarity.
