You’ll be responsible for leading our sales efforts, guiding prospects through the funnel, and ensuring predictable, repeatable results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and managing a systematic sales process, leading a small team, and driving sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Own the sales process: Manage the full sales funnel from lead generation to closing, ensuring each stage is measurable and consistent. Develop strategies: Build and refine sales playbooks, processes, and KPIs that create predictable revenue growth. Pipeline management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, forecast revenue, and ensure healthy deal flow. Lead and coach: Train and motivate a small team of sales reps (or grow the team over time), ensuring they adopt best practices and hit targets. Customer focus: Understand client needs deeply, develop tailored proposals, and build long-term relationships. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to align sales activities with company goals. Qualifications Proven track record in B2B sales (Motorcycle sales experience is a plus but not required). Strong understanding of the sales funnel and systematic selling—you know sales is a process, not a gamble. Comfortable using CRM tools and reporting on data-driven KPIs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills. Leadership mindset: able to motivate others, but also willing to roll up your sleeves. Growth-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
