Overview The Store in Charge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a standalone restaurant, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused environment. This includes managing staff, ensuring high-quality food and service, handling administrative tasks, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Operations Management Supervise and coordinate daily store operations (dining, kitchen, delivery, and cleanliness). Ensure the store meets operational, hygiene, and safety standards. Oversee opening and closing procedures. Monitor stock levels and coordinate for inventory management. Staff Management Hire, train, schedule, and manage front- and back-of-house staff. Motivate and support staff to deliver excellent service. Conduct performance reviews and address employee concerns or disciplinary issues. Organize shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels. Qualifications Proven experience as a Store in Charge or in a similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of store operations, kitchen workflows, and customer service. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling software, and basic financial reporting. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
