Join our Awesome CX by Transcom Family as a Gifting Associate
- Collaborate with the B2B/CX team to manage and process large corporate gifting orders
- Format and organize spreadsheets to ensure accurate order details
- Upload formatted spreadsheets into our backend uploading system
- Ensure all data is accurately entered and verified before final submission
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to prevent errors in large orders
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email or phones, providing order updates, clarifications, and resolving any issues
- Keep an open line of communication with the team, participating in regular meetings to discuss your work and progress, and speaking on behalf of your tasks
- Proven experience with spreadsheets, including advanced formatting and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively discuss work and progress in team meetings
